What information helps with a custom quote?
The animal or species, enclosure dimensions, whether measurements are internal or external, preferred design direction, delivery postcode, timing and clear photographs are a strong start.
Does an enquiry reserve a production date?
No. An enquiry lets us assess the project. Scope, price, timing, deposit requirements and booking arrangements are confirmed separately in writing.
Can I upload reference images and measurements?
Yes. The secure form accepts common image and document formats. Files are stored privately and linked to the enquiry.
Can I install a backdrop myself?
Some projects may be supplied for customer installation, while others may require fitting or special arrangements. The quote will state what is included and what preparation is required.
Will handmade products exactly match a screen image?
Hand-shaped texture, colour and detail can vary. The agreed design intent and practical requirements matter more than an identical reproduction of a screen colour or inspiration image.
How do I check an enquiry after submitting?
Your confirmation includes a private enquiry link. Keep it safe so you can check progress, add information and upload further files.

Information submitted through this site is used to assess, quote, plan, deliver and support the requested project. Uploaded files are stored privately and are not presented as a public gallery without separate permission.
