Low platforms and wide hides often suit a heavy-bodied animal better than narrow ledges. Make sure ramps are not excessively steep and that the lizard can turn around easily without wedging itself between décor.
Deep substrate changes the effective height of hides, doors and bowl recesses. Decide the intended substrate depth before fixing cave openings and low ledges so the finished setup does not bury them.
A stable bowl recess can be useful, but the bowl itself should still lift out easily. Avoid putting the daily-service area behind large branches or under a ledge that forces you to dismantle the enclosure for basic cleaning.
